Starbucks drinks are awesome. My favorite is always the green tea frap. We came here to grab B's birthday drink. I loved the service here. We got the venti latte triple vanilla. This is actually B's default drink. It was good. I mean it tasted like any other Starbucks. Service is what really gave this Starbucks 4 stars.
This is definitely one of the busier Starbucks because it is located inside Guildford mall (prime location). -

There are two Starbucks in the mall. One store is
located on the upper level of the mall. The second store is located outside near the food court.
The upper level location is usually crazy busy. I noticed today that there was no line up so I decided to stop by to redeem some stars for a drink. I ordered a chai tea and told the barista I wanted to redeem stars for a free drink. She ended up charging me for the drink and I only noticed after I was leaving the mall. I did not want to walk back and dispute the charge or have her make another mistake. I would still go to Starbucks to get my caffeine fix. It was just unfortunate I did not get the free drink. -

There is something about a Starbucks when the stores worst barista can seriously make delicious drinks and keep a smile on their face.
This by far is the best Starbucks location in all of Surrey, BC hands down. Having been to the other 2 locations in Guildford (one on the 2nd floor of the mall near The Gap and the other location across the street from the mall beside Tengoku Sushi), This one is doing everything right.
The best things about this Starbucks are:
1. Their customer service is So on fleek. They always have a happy smile on their faces and genuinely make an effort to ask how I'm doing or what I am up to, not just oh the weather. When I come alone sans fiancé, they always ask where he is and vice versa for me. (usually the other one is at work).
2. BIGGEST THING: They know our usual drink(s) and they make it PERFECT. A lot of stores know my usual drink - (umm I spend more on Starbucks in a year than my mortgage probably) lol! but this location can actually make it right.
Hint a Skinny Vanilla Iced Latte has syrup first, espresso second, skim milk 3rd and lastly ice. a lot of stores put espresso last or use regular milk not skim... (Lazy)!!! - I'm watching you!!!! hahaha!
3. They are fast!!! - Even when they have a lineup... they get it done quickly, without sacrificing customer service or quality. YASSS Thats how it's done.
4. It's clean and organized! No Starbucks is ever perfectly clean and tidy and even yes this location has its quick moments after a rush but they are by far one of the cleanest locations I've been too.
My issue with the upstairs location besides the never ending line (people are too lazy to mobile downstairs and take a quick walk) that can't be done fast enough, the lack of consistent customer service and the poor training that makes some drinks delicious and others a big fail.
If your ever at this location or at the mall and can walk to this one just outside the foodcourt, tell them John and Blaise sent you. -

Absolutely hate this Starbucks. The staff are so rude and they don't even make your drinks right. I simply asked for caramel drizzle and they still didn't put any on it. And the whole time they're too busy talking to each other to even bothering making your drink. I saw with my own eyes that they just left my drink in the blender to melt right there I had to wait twenty mins

I have always been fond of the great customer service the baristas have at this location. They are always courteous and good fun. They always bring out the best. Of course they sort of have to when they are working at the Guildford Town Centre.
